Mag & Turbo Super Cup Series at Riverside Airing Live on Speed Shift TV
Inside Line Promotions – MAPLE GROVE, Minn. (Feb. 11, 2019) – Speed Shift TV will showcase the penultimate round of the Mag & Turbo Super Cup Series event, which is hosted by Riverside Speedway in Invercargill, New Zealand, this Friday.
The series, which is open to Super Saloons in the South Island of New Zealand, has seven rounds at different tracks throughout the 2018-19 season. The unique race cars have 700-plus horsepower engines and race wheel to wheel lap after lap.
Ian Burson currently leads the championship standings with Peter Dickson, Roger Nees, Gavin Hill and Paul Simon rounding out the top five, respectively.
The action at Riverside Speedway is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. locally, which is 1 p.m. (Pacific) on Thursday.
The weekend concludes the following day when Riverside Speedway hosts Southland Truck Wreckers South Island Saloon Championship along with Southland Sprint Cars. That night’s action also starts at 4 p.m. locally.
The Mag & Turbo Super Cup Series is free to watch via Speed Shift TV and the weekend finale is only $13.50.
