Forrester, Duvall, Garrison, Hickman top round 1 of Friday Night Lights

by John Rittenoure - TULSA, Okla. (June 25, 2021) - Round one of Friday Night Lights saw racing in five classes Friday night at Tulsa Speedway.

Jimmy Forrester outran Joshua Tyre to win the opening night Champ / 305 Sprint feature. Travis Ashwood finished third in the 20-lap feature that went yellow flag free.

Long-time Tulsa area racer Mike Duvall started on the pole and went the distance in the USRA B-Mod feature.

Dalton Garrison topped an 18-car Factory Stock field while Adrien Hickman topped pole sitter Wesley Knebel in the mini stock main.

Next Friday AmeriFlex / OCRS IMCA Sprint Cars will headline round two of Friday Night Lights.
