US 13 Dragway
FATHER'S DAY BRING VICTORY TO LOWE, KEYTON & POWELL SUNDAY JUNE 17
Sunday's hot temp's created some hot racing here at the U.S. 13 Dragway. A good field of cars and bikes came out for the Father's Day race. At the end of the day, David Lowe, Dave Keyton, Harvey Powell, Sara Davis, Emily Roberts and Vaugh Dunn found themselves in Victory Lane!
Special thanks goes out to AccuTrech of Seaford, DE, for putting up the $1000 to win Jr Cash Days/Summer Nationals prize money for our Jr. Dragster racers. Also, Ron Hubble of Hubble Motorsports for all the contingency prizes donated to each rounds "Best Losing Package." Elzey's Septic Service's posted up $100 for a free Bogey Run during the second time run session. Vance Usilton of Salisbury, MD put together a .22' th package to pick up the bonus money. 1st round of elimination saw, Danielle Donze pick up more money from Elzeys Septic Services with her 9.100 on 9.10 dial-in, putting $50 in this young ladies pocket for her effortsThank to Why Not Travel for donating $100 to the winner in memory of Anita Board. Board passed away last year racing her Jr. Dragster in Australia. Track Photographer Landstone Photography also donated to the Jr. purse for the day!

Special Note: Sunday's Top ET winner David Lowe dedicated the win to his long time friend Wayne Ketterman, who passed away earlier this year after a long battle with cancer. Lowe stated, "this win goes to Wayne and all the Ketterman siblings" for Father's Day. The picture of the JEGS hat, was to honor Wayne as when he was to the track, that hat was always on him! What a great tribute to a great man!
