Jamaica, VA – A record crowd for the 17th annual Atkins Petroleum and Propane Run-A-Muck Mud Bog, presented by Breezeline and WhosYourDriver.org, witnessed record-breaking runs and some of the best Mega Truck competition that the facility has ever hosted. The event was also sponsored by Truckin Thunder, Joe Hudson's Collision Centers, Gary's Transmission, JDS Enterprises, Kill Devil Deisel, and Virginia is for Racing Lovers (VA Tourism).

The enthusiastic and record-setting crowd witnessed some incredible runs in the head-to-head Premier Mega Truck Racing Series mega trucks and the mud bog hill-n-hole pit. In one of the best events in history at the state-of-the-art facility, three division track records were broken in spectacular fashion.

In the Gary’s Transmission Pro Mod division, the track record was broken two times during the event, all besting the old track record of 3.457 seconds held by Charlie Wood in Mudweiser. First, Donnie Miller in Black Truck lowered the record with a pass of 3.3.428 seconds. And finally, Austin Ragland in Slew Foot broke the record with a pass of 3.346 seconds. In the Joe Hudson’s Collision Centers Super Stock division, Beau Barricks in Bone Crusher broke the record of 5.268 seconds held by Brad Hall in Rampage with a pass of 4.908 seconds. And, in the Truckin Thunder Pro Stock division, Corey Maines in Seriously Jones’N broke the record of 4.377 seconds held by Mike Braswell in Henry with a pass of 4.129 seconds.

In the Premier Mega Truck Banquet race, Shayne Tucker in Wasted beat Addison Blair in Attitude for the $5000 win in spectacular fashion. Addison Blair in Attitude took home the $1000 1-Ton Super Truck Bonus with his run to the finals. Forty-three Mega Trucks were on hand for the event.

Winners in each class: Joe Hudson’s Super Stock – Beau Barricks in Bone Crusher; Truckin Thunder Pro Stock – Corey Maines in Seriously Jones'n; JDS Enterprises Modified – Ray Atkins in Haulin Gas; Gary’s Transmission Pro Mod – Austin Ragland in Slew Foot.
