Joe Beaver

Driver Information
Things really came together for Joe in 2014. He would double his career win total, at the time six (and now seven), and take home his first ever track championship. 2020 will mark Joe’s 22nd in the Beaver Motorsports #53, a team formed by father John who was voted into the Knoxville Raceway Hall of Fame posthumously in 2010. John was awarded as the 360 “Owner of the Year” in 2002, and Joe and his wife, Joanne repeated that honor in 2012 and 2014. In 2013, they were named “Team of the Year” in the 360 class.
Joe picked up his seventh career win at Knoxville in 2019. His greatest win to date at Knoxville, has to be his first on June 8, 2002. The win was made more special, because his brother-in-law, Travis Cram, also achieved his first Knoxville win that night in the 410 class.
Five times, Joe was voted by young fans as the 360 “Junior Fan Club Driver of the Year”, and in 2003, 2008 and 2015, he was awarded the 360 “Lyle Boyd Hard Charger Award” for passing the most cars in feature events.
