Driver Information

Racing has been a big part of my life since way before I was born. My Dad, both of my grandpas, and my uncle all raced. My dad, Bryan, competed in sprint car racing for about a year and ran out of money so he went back to racing a stock car. My Grandpa Pat McKehan also raced sprints back in the 80's with The World of Outlaws. So in 2009 when I jumped into a sprint I had some great help from my Grandpa and dad.....But before I jumped into sprints my heart was into ATV Motocross. I began racing ATV MX in 2006 at age 13. From 2006 to 2010 I had around 30 wins and some pretty large accomplishments in my ATV racing. In 2009 I was still juggling ATV racing and Sprint car racing at the same time. At the beginning of the 2010 season I sold my ATV to help pay for my 360 engine and to further dedicate all my time to my Sprint cars. 2009 was a big learning year for me, but I jumped right into it full-bore!

My racing career began in 2006 when I started competing in ATV Motocross. From 2006 to 2010 I had 31 wins and several titles wrapped up in my ATV racing. In 2009 I was introduced to Sprint car racing and took to it very quickly. I began racing a 305 Sprint Car at LA Raceway, a local track close to my hometown of Sedalia, MO. My first race was with URSS, and I came home 3rd out of a stacked field of 24 cars. From that night on, I have devoted all my time and focus to sprint car racing in hopes of pursuing a career in motorsports. Mid season of 2009 I began racing a 360 sprint car along with the 305 sprinter. Racing three nights out of the week has given me the opportunity to gain much experience. The 2009 season brought some great accomplishments, two of which were "Rookie of the Year” at Lake Ozark Speedway and "Fan Favorite Driver“ at LA Raceway. In 2010 I got my first career A-feature win and also received the URSS “Hard Charger Award.” During 2009-2010 I competed at 14 different tracks in 8 different states competing in over 60 shows each year. The 2011 season was a very eventful year for me! I had some great finishes, raced at some new tracks, blew an engine, and raced my first non-wing car. If it wasn’t one thing it was the next during this season bet I am more determined than ever for the 2012 season! Being around racing since birth, it is all I know, love, and have much passion for. I am very focused and driven to achieve my racing goals and to always be apart of the motorsports industry.
