CJ Horn
11th-place finish in Rallen Zeitner Memorial
CJ Horn took on a doubleheader weekend in Iowa, beginning Saturday at Shelby County Speedway for the Rallen Zeitner Memorial, co-sanctioned by the Malvern Bank West and East Series.
With 41 Late Models on hand, Horn advanced to the $10,076-to-win main event with a third-place finish in his heat race. He slipped one position in the 40-lap feature to register an 11th-place finish.
Horn wrapped up the weekend on Sunday at Mason City Motor Speedway, joining the Karl Chevrolet Pro Late Model Tour. Unfortunately, his outing in the 25-lap feature was cut short, ending his night early.
