"On The Run" has a strong finish at I-44 Speedway

Kevin Donahue proudly drove his "On The Run" Ford to the front last Saturday night. He led most of the race after getting to the front but in a late race pass Mike Sloan (2010 Track Champion) took the lead for the win. Kevin was on older tires but still gave Sloan a run for the win down to the last lap. "A little pushing and a few shoves but great clean racing" said Kevin Donahue. Kevin was happy with his "On The Run" Ford all night but one to many cautions made it hard to keep the lead. He had a commanding lead prior to the first caution but after each restart Sloan was harder to shake from his rear view mirror. His brother Kyle finished 5th in his "Vanguard" Ford putting Donahue Motorsports on the podium with both cars.
