Podium finish at I-80; Top 10 finish with Malvern Bank Series at Boone

Friday night saw Tad Pospisil return to I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Neb.) competing in a field of 22 Late Models. Climbing one position in his heat, Pospisil recorded a fourth place finish, which positioned him 10th on the starting grid for the A-Main. Passing seven cars in the 30-lapper, Tad notched a third place finish behind Josh Krug and Ben Schaller with John Anderson and Nick Deal rounding out the Top-5.

Returning to action on Sunday afternoon, Pospisil headed to Boone County Raceway (Albion, Neb.) for the Malvern Bank Series-sanctioned Boone County Fair Race. Following the eighth fastest time overall in qualifying, Tad recorded a fifth place finish in his heat, which positioned him 11th on the starting grid for the main event. With $2,000 on the line, Pospisil gained three spots in the 25-lapper to place eighth.
