Season Opener Cut Short at Brownstown Speedway

With the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic putting the first half of the season on hold, McKay Wenger kicked off his 2020 season on Saturday night at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Ind.) piloting his Creative Kitchens & Bath No. 42 Rocket Chassis Late Model. Drawing 30 cars, Wenger lost a left-front tire as he was pulling onto the track for qualifying, sending him into the pits. Slated to start on the tail of his heat, McKay was a scratch from his heat and B-Main.
