Top 10 Finish in Modified at Lee County Speedway

With the promoters and track officials mandating several precautionary measures to hold the event during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Spencer Diercks headed to Lee County Speedway (Donnellson, Ia.) on Saturday afternoon powering the Pleasant Valley No. 29 Modified. Starting the night off with a heat race victory in dominating fashion, Diercks earned the 10th-starting position for the A-Main via the redraw. After getting spun around early while attempting a different line, Spencer rallied from the tail of the field to come home ninth. (Black Hat Photography)
