Runner-up finish in Modified at Cedar County

On Tuesday afternoon Spencer Diercks was one of 22 MARS Racing Series on hand at Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa) for the Hoker 50. He also piloted his Modified on Tuesday where he finished second. He trailed Matt Werner to the checkers with Jason Pershy, Brandon Durbin, and Mitch Morris rounding out the Top-5.

On Friday evening at Cedar County Raceway (Tipton, Iowa) for the 28th annual Gary Reinhart Memorial, Spencer gained four spots in his heat race to place second. Starting the feature in sixth, Diercks marched forward four spots to register a runner-up finish. He followed Cayden Carter across the line with Jordan Hicks, Chris Zogg, and Brad Diercks completing the Top-5 finishers.
