Spencer Diercks grabs second win of 2021 at Davenport

Spencer Diercks debuted in his Late Model on Thursday evening at Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa) for the Lucas Oil Midwest LateModel Racing Association (MLRA) sanctioned contest. In a field of 40 cars, Spencer dropped one spot in his heat race to finish eighth. Needing a third-place finish or better in his B-Main to make the $5,000-to-win A-Main, Diercks came one spot short with a fourth-place outing.

On Friday night at 34 Raceway (West Burlington, Iowa) for the Prelude to the Slocum, Spencer came in 10th in his heat race, transferring him into the B-Main. Locking the top-three into the show, Diercks logged an eighth-place finish.
