Roland opens 2021 season with World of Outlaws at Smoky Mtn

Making his first start of the season with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series, Will Roland visited Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon for the ninth annual Tennessee Tipoff. After failing to record a lap in his time trial session, Roland was a scratch from his B-Main, leaving him one final shot at the $12,000-to-win A-Main with a B-Main appearance. Locking the Top 2 into the show, Will logged a 10th-place outing.
