With 37 Late Models on the grounds, Wall followed up a sixth-place finish in his heat with a fourth-to-second showing his B-Main. With $3,000 on the line in the feature, Chris improved one spot in the 30-lapper to finish 18th.

On Friday afternoon as the Cotton Pickin’ 100 weekend officially kicked off, Chris recorded a fifth-place finish in his heat, relegating him into the B-Main for another shot at the preliminary feature. Needing to place fourth or better, Wall came one spot short with a fifth-place outing.

The weekend drew to a close on Saturday with Wall timing in seventh-fastest in his group before placing fourth in his heat. Starting the $12,000-to-win Cotton Pickin’ 100 A-Main in 13th, Chris carried a steady pace in the 60-lap affair to register a 13th-place finish.
