Back to School Bash In The Books
First off I want to thank the staff at Elk City Motorsports Park for saving the track after a heavy down pour. I also want to thank all the drivers, crew members and fans for a great night of racing. We had a car count of 19 cars last Saturday night but it was a great set of 19 drivers. Jeffrey Kaup had the car to beat starting from the poll and kept the lead all 20 laps, but it didn't stop Jonathan Powers from giving it 110% showing Kaup he was there which had finishing 2nd, Harley Menacher finishing 3rd, Austin Bonner passing 13 cars finishing 4th and Jonathan Jarvis finishing 5th in his 3rd time out in a limited. Remember we have the Fall Brawl coming up Sept 17th and then we are ready for the event everyone has been talking about the past couple months, which is the Salute to Our Racing Heroes. There's going to be a ton of money going up for grabs and you don't want to miss out. Pre-Registration is open for $100 and will go up to $150 after Oct 1st which is a month away. So get your chance to register.
