Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series Making Debut at Grayson County Speedway This Saturday

Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (April 9, 2018) – The Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass will make its debut at Grayson County Speedway this Saturday.

The bullring in Bells is the eighth different track in Texas to welcome the series, which will showcase the Stock Non-Wing and Restricted ‘A’ Class divisions during an event that is co-sanctioned with the RW Chassis and Components NOW600 North Texas Region. The Stock Non-Wing race pays $500 to win and $50 to start and the Restricted ‘A’ Class A Main pays out $400 to win and $40 to start.

Chris Cochran, who is the only two-time winner this season in the Stock Non-Wing class, holds a slim six-point lead in the championship standings over Daison Pursley. Blake Battles is 10 points out of the lead. Kaylee Bryson is 14 points behind Cochran while Daniel Shaffer and Ryan Timms are tied for fifth – 20 points out of the top spot.

Timms owns a one-point edge over Ryder Laplante in the Restricted ‘A’ Class championship standings. Kale Drank ranks third and is only 13 points out of the lead with Preston Scheulen 14 points behind Timms. Garth Kasiner, who leads the division with two triumphs, sits fifth and is only 26 points back.

The gates open at 5 p.m. with racing scheduled for 8 p.m.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students ages 18-years-old and younger as well as seniors ages 65-years-old and older. Children up to 42 inches tall get in free.
