Kasiner and Moran Pocket $500; Timms and Scheulen Also Score Wins at Arkoma Speedway

ARKOMA, Okla. (June 16, 2018) - The Arkoma Speedway was able to get their second event of the 2018 season in on Friday night with Garth Kasiner, Rees Moran, Ryan Timms and Parker Schuelen all scoring A-Main wins in the NOW600 Weekly Racing Series.

The "Tune Up" for the Lucas Oil NOW600 National Series saw 40 entries in four classes compete at the 1/5 mile oval.

In Winged A-Class competition, Garth Kasiner picked up the $500 to win event. Koda Oller crossed in second. Avery Goodman was third. Fourth went to Ryan Timms and Caleb Pence rounded out the top five.

16 drivers checked in for the $500 to win Restricted 'A' Class division. Rees Moran worked his way up from the fifth starting spot to capture the win. Shawn Mahaffey finished in the second spot. Third went to Kolton Nimrod. Preston Schuelen took fourth and Glen Bratti fifth.

Stock Non-Wing competition saw Ryan Timms outlasted the field to pick up the victory. Kyle Thompson finished second. Jake Nail ended up third. Logan Hill fourth and Avery Goodman fifth.

Parker Scheulen took the nights Junior Sprint A-Main.

Arkoma Speedway will return to action on Friday-Saturday, July 6-7 as the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by MyRacePass headlines the "Stars and Stripes Shootout."
