STAMBAUGH STRIKES AGAIN!!

Fremont, OH - The long awaited return of the Great Lakes Super Sprints presented by Engine Pro & ARP, making their first appearance of the season at Fremont Speedway! Fremont had a great track and our sprints put on an amazing show! The event witnessed high-speed racing and drew an impressive crowd, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the fans, staff, and drivers whose support made this night possible.

Tonight's winner, Max Stambaugh Elida,OH) seemed to put it on cruise control as he jumped out front from the pole position Stambaugh was able to hold and maintain a steady lead the entire race!! Excellent performances were also displayed by Dan McCarron (Britton,MI) who impressively earned the Hoosier Racing Tire Hard Charger award by climbing seven positions from 14th to 7th place. Additionally, Kelsey Ivy (Fremont, OH) had the honor of being tonight's featured Engine Pro Lucky Dog!

During the qualifying laps, Mike Keegan (Fremont,OH) showcased outstanding performance as the Ti22 Performance Fast Qualifier, setting an impressive lap time of 15.077 seconds. Close behind, Jared Horstman (Cloverdale,OH) secured the second spot with a lap time of 15.084 seconds, and Luke Griffith (Sandusky,OH) rounded out the podium with a lap time of 15.089 seconds.

Keegan emerged victorious in the Engler Machine & Tool Heat 1, while Stambaugh wins the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Heat 2,Griffith claimed the win in the Engine Pro Heat 3, and Phil Gressman (Fremont, OH) wins Heat Race 4 presented by Specialty Fuels and Logistics.

The Great Lakes Super Sprints presented by Engine Pro and ARP will return to action on Friday, August 4th, at Tri-City Speedway and Saturday, August 5th, at Eldora Speedway.
