Series Information

I.M.C.A. Canada Inc. has proven it can stand the test of time with consistent rule sets that provide stability for racers and promoters. Grassroots racing is the solid foundation of today's International Motor Contest Associates Canada Inc.

That I.M.C.A. has been successful with its "low cost" approach is demonstrated by the number of tracks, competitors, and fans who eagerly follow North America's oldest sanctioning body... the International Motor Contest Association. I.M.C.A. is truly "international", with the incorporation of its counterpart International Motor Contest Associates Canada Inc.

Since introduced in 1989, I.M.C.A. has grown to over 110 race teams that have raced at twenty two racing facilities in four provinces and the North West Territories. More than 80 events are scheduled throughout any given season and most of the premier race tracks in Western Canada now run an I.M.C.A. division being the Modifieds, Northern Sportmods or Stock Cars.

Drivers know the uniform set of rules the compete under are fair and consistent as the rules go hand in hand with I.M.C.A.'s philosophy of safe, affordable and competitive grassroots racing.
