MARTIN HANGS ON FOR NIGHT OF THE LEGENDS VICTORY
Pole sitter Alex Kukowski pulled away early in the Pro and Masters Legend feature. A caution with eight laps to go erased his lead over the field. On the restart, Preston Martin was all over his rear bumper. With five laps to go, smoke started to billow from his race car and Martin quickly flew by to take the top spot. As Kukowski started to take his car to the pits, Nate Keena, Drew Papke and Donavin Wiest found speed along the guardrail. It was a four car battle for the win. As the checkered flag waved, Preston Martin held on to win. Drew Papke made a last lap pass to finish second ahead of Donavin Wiest and Nate Keena. Austin Wiest rounded out the top five. Scott Richardson, who finished sixth, was the highest finishing Master.
