Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Late Model Sportsman Tour Announces Schedule Change and New Venue

(Eastaboga, AL — August 15, 2024) — The Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin' USA Late Model Sportsman Tour is announcing an updated schedule for the next two series events. The series was originally scheduled to visit Moulton Speedway on Friday, August 16th, and Talladega Short Track on Saturday, August 17th. However, due to staffing shortages at Talladega, the August 16th and 17th events have been canceled.

The revised schedule will now feature racing action on Friday, September 27th, at Moulton Speedway in Moulton, AL. The night will showcase a $2,000-to-win feature event, highlighting the Crate Racin' USA Late Model Sportsman drivers. The excitement will then continue on Saturday, September 28th, at Pine Ridge Speedway in Baldwyn, MS, with another $2,000-to-win show. Giving the drivers an opportunity to compete on back-to-back nights for points and good money.

Additionally, the tracks will offer a $1,000 mini points fund across the two events. Drivers competing in both races will vie for valuable points, with $500 awarded to the top point finisher, $300 for second place, and $200 for third place. This incentive adds extra excitement and rewards to drivers competing in both events.

Series Director Adam Stewart expressed his appreciation, stating, "We’re grateful to Moulton Speedway and Pine Ridge Speedway for accommodating us and allowing us to put these events together." Stewart went on to say, "No one wants to cancel events, but sometimes it's best for everyone involved, we're just glad Moulton understood and allowed us to reschedule. Then Pine Ridge stepped up and wanted to host a series race and everything fell right into place."
