This Saturday marks Armed Services and Military Appreciation Night at Central Missouri Speedway (CMS), featuring $5 grandstand admission for active duty and retired military cardholders (discount does not include dependents).
All four weekly race divisions will compete during the night through their preliminary heat races and main events, including B-Mods, Super Stocks, Midwest Mods, and Pure Stocks. The IMCA Race Saver 305 Sprint cars will make their final appearance of the year at the track as the guest class for the night.
Track points are on the line for all weekly classes. POWRi National Points will be awarded to POWRi-sanctioned classes. Admission Information: $15 Adult Gen Adm - Seniors 65 to 74 $12, $6 Kids Ages 6 to 12 - Kids 5 and Under Free. FREE: Seniors 75 and Up - Confined to Wheelchair. All Pit Passes are $35 regardless of age.
Timeline: Pit gates open at 4:30, Grandstands at 5, Driver Pill Draw Cutoff 6:15 (No passing points awarded if late), Pit Meeting 6:30, Hot Laps at 7, racing to follow at approximately 7:30.
For all drivers searching for a change of scenery or those who’ve been meaning to give CMS a try, there is no “track registration fees” for the remainder of the year. This does not include pit passes or special events. Drivers will still be required to complete registration and tax forms.
