County Line Raceway is a 3/8 mile clay oval stock car racing facility located in Elm City, NC. The family owned and operated track has been entertaining fans since May 21, 1988. CLR was built and operated by Edward and Carolyn Upchurch until they passed the reigns over to their children in 2011. It is currently being managed and promoted by James Upchurch and Brenda Holcombe. For "Action At It's Finest", bring your family and friends to join us on Saturday nights from March-October for action-packed racing at "The Little Track Making BIG Noise"!
