Jake Finch Debuts his new Outlaw Tonight.

Finch...does the name sound familiar?  James has been  involved in  racing here going back the the Eddie Mercer  days.  Tonight his son Jake, 14, rolls out a new car built by Derrick Griffin to compete in the Faith Chapel Outlaws. He is a 9th grader at Mosley High School in Panama City.
