NOTE: you only have to do this one time per season. Do not re-register every week.

You will have to create an account with My Race Pass which will include entering your email address and checking that email address to verify before you can register.

Registering is required to race at Florence Speedway. When filling out your information, make sure to fully fill out the Car Owner information. Florence Speedway pays by check and checks must be made out to the person claiming the winnings for tax purposes. You must also fill out a W-9 tax form and turn it in. The car owner information entered on this registration must also match the information on the W-9. Anyone not completing these steps will NOT get paid. Providing a name and address that do not match the SS#/Tax ID of the person claiming the taxes will result in the 1099 being kicked back to us by the IRS and will have future consequences to the team.

If a driver changes car owners during the season, they must fill out a new registration form and inform track officials at the registration booth prior to a race night starting. A driver competing in more than one division during a season must fill out a registration for each division. Once a check is cashed, there will be no changes to who receives the 1099 for that amount.

For drivers under 18, a fully completed Minor Release form is required. The form must be filled out by BOTH parents and either notarized or signed in presence of speedway officials.
