Special events have long been the perfect complement for a race track’s annual schedule and Brockville Ontario Speedway’s 2023 line-up will once again feature the Ogilvie’s Auto & Fleet Triple Crown Series for DIRTcar 358 and Sportsman-Modifieds. Modified Outlaw 200 Guaranteed Starter.

With prestige and bragging rights on the line, ‘The BOS’ is set to roll back to action – Saturday, May 27th – following an early-season rainout with the opening date of this year’s Ogilvie’s Triple Crown Series. The show will also feature the Trailer Pros Crate Sprints, Novice Sportsman and Mini Stocks also on the docket. Track owner and promoter Paul Kirkland says his staff is expecting some solid numbers as teams look to take the first step in unseating 2022 Ogilvie’s champions Ryan Arbuthnot and Bobby Herrington, who won the regular season opening features on this year’s schedule.

“With a 50-lap feature for the Small Block Modifieds and a 40-lapper for the Sportsman teams, it isn’t just about winning the race that matters. Everyone will be looking to build a solid foundation toward the overall Ogilvie’s Triple Crown title that will be decided at the Dirt Outlaw Apparel/King Edward Auto Parts Fall Nationals in October,” said Paul Kirkland. “Last year, 50 different drivers scored points in the Mods, with 53 teams earning Sportsman points.”
