Action Sprint Tour Returns to Merrittville This Saturday Night
THOROLD, ONTARIO (August 22, 2022) … Country 89 will be presenting the racing action this coming Saturday night, August 27th at the Merrittville Speedway. The Action Sprint Tour fueled by Pinty’s will headline the program that will also feature the Corr/Pak Merchandising 358 Modifieds, Hoosier Stocks, Vansickle Pet Valu/PV on the Lane 4 Cylinders, RONA/Doidge Mod Lites, and the V6s.
Going on now through Friday, August 26, Country 89 is giving away tickets for you and a guest to enjoy the action in a VIP suite with refreshments! Be sure to listen for the cue to call, then give Country 89 a call at 905-732-0891 for your chance to win. Country 89 is Niagara’s home for today’s country. Entering Saturday night, there have been three different winners in seven held events for the Action Sprint Tour. Mike Bowman has four wins on the tour, including the Action Sprint Tour’s last race at Merrittville on July 16. Jacob Dykstra has two wins, including one at Merrittville on June 11. Mathieu Bardier won the last race held for the Action Sprint Tour at Brockville Ontario Speedway on August 20.
Saturday’s program will begin at 7:00 pm, with pit gates opening at 5 pm, and grandstands opening at 5:30 pm.
