New Paris Speedway is known as the "Hottest Quarter Mile in the Midwest". Due to multiple bankings, veteran drivers have been known to say if you can figure out how to get around New Paris you can master any Asphalt Short Track. Racing is on Saturday nights and features 5 Weekly classes including: Hornets, Outlaw Front Wheel Drives, MIni-Stocks, Street Stocks and Limited Late Models. Special shows are found throughout the season for Outlaw Late Models, Late Model Sportsmen and Modifieds. The season is highlighted by the Annual "Summer Sizzler" the first Friday in August for the Outlaw Late Models competing for their spot in History and a $10,000 top prize. This year will be the 22th Annual "Summer Sizzler". Also the annual "Flagger Boy 50" in honor of Jake and Danny Galloway who were long time New Paris Speedway employees Has become the Midwest's premier Street Stock race averaging 60+ Street Stocks. Along with and awesome weekly race program, New Paris Speedway hosts the Midwest's most popular Nights of Destruction.
