Park Jefferson International Speedway
The IMCA Midwest Madness Tour invades Park Jefferson Monday, June 28
One of the highlights of the local racing season will hit Park Jefferson Speedway this coming Monday Night as the 2nd annual Midwest Madness Tour presented by Arnold Motor Supply. The five big classes of the local Siouxland IMCA racing scene will be on hand as the the IMCA Modifieds, J&J Fitting IMCA Stock Cars, Z98 IMCA Sport Modifieds, Q And Feather Again IMCA Hobby Stocks and the IMCA Sport Compacts take to Park Jefferson.
The IMCA Modified division has been the featured division this year at Park Jefferson. Point leader Shane Demey will be looking to hold off Mapletons, Jim Thies and Sioux City's Sean Barragan as this race will be the halfway point to the 2021 track championship. Also expected is regional drivers Cody Thompson and Chris Abelson, both of whom are former track champions.
The J&J Fitting Stock Cars will see the local star Travis Barker, who has been on a tear in Siouxland, attempt to take on the invaders as Mike Nichols is expected along with others to come and steal the checkers.
The Midwest Madness Tour will open its season across Hwy 105 on Sunday night at New Raceway Park and then drivers will have Monday to prep their cars for night number 2 at The Park.
