NOTE: You only have to do this one time per season per class. DO NOT re-register every week.

Registering is required to race at Richmond Raceway KY. When filling out your information, make sure to fully fill out the car owner information if applicable. Richmond Raceway KY pays by check and checks must be made out to the person claiming the winnings for tax purposes. You must also fill out a W-9 tax form and turn it in. The car owner information entered on this registration must also match the information on the W-9. Anyone not completing these steps will NOT get paid. Providing a name and address that do not match the SS#/Tax ID of the person claiming the taxes will result in the 1099 being kicked back to us by the IRS and will have future consequences to the team.

If a driver changes car owners during the season, they must fill out a new registration form and inform track officials at the registration booth prior to a race night starting. Once a check is cashed, there will be no changes to who receives the 1099 for that amount.
