Banks, Oregon- We regret to inform everyone that after much deliberation from track management the races scheduled for Saturday May 3rd at Sunset Speedway Park has been cancelled. Next Saturday May 10th SSP hopes to open the 2014 campaign up for Ladies/Mothers Night where all Ladies get in to the races for just $5.00.
Classes in action for that evening will include the IMCA Modifieds, Pure Stocks, Dwarf Cars, and the Womens division. It will also be a special event for the Womens classification as they will participate in the Iron Woman 50. Pit Gates will open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates open at 3:30, and racing starts at 6:00. Tickets for this event are Adults $12.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00, Youths (Ages 12-6) $5.00, and Children under the age of 5 are FREE and a family pass will be offered for two Adults and up to four Youths for just $35.00.
