The mighty Tri-State Speedway held its first race in May of 1971. Every year since, the famous high banks in Pocola, OK has been in operation. Since late 1979, the track has been a high-banked 3/8ths mile dirt facility with racing in stock cars and modifieds with late models and sprint cars o occasion.
