Luinenburg and Coopman Remain Undefeated at Jackson Motorplex as Beckendorf, Larson and Andrews Also Capture Victories

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (June 18, 2016) – Justin Luinenburg and Nate Coopman continued their staggering starts to the season on Saturday at Jackson Motorplex, where both remain undefeated through the fourth round of competition.
Two-time winner Dustin Larson and first-time winners Brandon Beckendorf and Jason Andrews also scored triumphs on Saturday evening.
Luinenburg extended his lead in the Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA Hobby Stocks division thanks to the win. Austin Jahnz ended in the runner-up position with Malik Sampson placing third, Trevor Holm fourth and Chad Krug fifth.
Coopman outlasted Jay Devries to garner the Boji Bay Water Park IMCA Sport Compacts main event triumph. Kaytee Devries was third with Kent Miller and Scott Espey rounding out the top five, respectively.
Larson won the IMCA Stock Cars feature for the second time in the last three weeks. Points leader Jim Larson settled for a second-place result with Luke Sathoff in third, Shawn Bruns fourth and Levi Feltman fifth.
Beckendorf ended Kelly Shryock’s domination in the Wilmont Oil IMCA A-Mods class. Mark Noble scored a second-place finish with Shryock, who won the first three races of the season, placing third. Don Gerritsen Jr. was fourth and Oliver Kollofski fifth.
Andrews held off Kyle Steuber to claim the Bohl’s Small Engine & Marine IMCA Sport Mods main event. Dustin Widerhoeft ended third with points leader Matthew Looft fourth and Alex Schubbe fifth.
A tripleheader is on deck next week for Jackson Motorplex, which will host the AMSOIL USAC Sprint Cars, Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA Hobby Stocks and Bohl’s Small Engine & Marine IMCA Sport Modifieds on Thursday; the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series featuring the Spirit Lake Silver & Gold NSL 410 Sprint Cars and National Sprint League as well as the Liquid Nitro IMCA 305 Sprint Cars on Friday; and the normal IMCA program on Saturday.
