Willard scores 13th place finish in Mod Mania finale at Tri-City

Taking part in the final two rounds of the Summit Mod Mania, Brennon Willard visited Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Ill.) on Friday night competing in a field of 31 Late Models. After coming one spot shy of a transfer position in his heat with a fifth place finish, Willard posted a fourth place finish in his B-Main. Starting the $2,500-to-win A-Main in 20th, Brennon dropped two spots in the 30-lapper to place 22nd. (Jimmy Dearing photo | STLRacing.com)

The following night, Brennon edged his way into the $3,000-to-win finale with a sixth place finish in his heat. Rolling off 17th, Willard clawed forward four spots in the 30-lapper to register a 13th place outing.
