WSS Pays A Return Visit To GHR On June 10th

Elma, Washington- The Wingless Sprint Series is back at Grays Harbor Raceway on Saturday, June 10th. The 3/8-mile clay oval was the last site of the most recently completed WSS event. It will no doubt be another fantastic showing of the best Non-Wing Sprint Car drivers in the Pacific Northwest.
The Wingless Sprint Series has had two trips to the Elma, Washington venue. In those two events it has produced two different winners. Rob Lindsey was triumphant in the debut race in 2016 while Pat Canfield collected his first career WSS victory on May 27th.
During the course of the night the drivers of the Wingless Sprint Series will be making there way through the pits and grandstands with there helmets in hand for a Pass The Helmet for Chip Clark. Clark was injured at the May 27th race and all money will go to him and his family to help them out.
Overall the series has yet to see a repeat winner in 2017. Gary Lynce, Kyle Miller, and the aforementioned Canfield have all managed to park it in the winner’s circle. Will that trend continue or will one of the three current campaign winners get the job done.
