Jesse Williamson Wins Second Career Topless 100; McCreadie, Krohling, Tupper, And Farness Also Win At SSP

Banks, Oregon- After Thursday night’s race it didn’t take too long for Sunset Speedway Park to get back to racing. Saturday, July 14th would host the annual Topless 100 for the IMCA Modifieds. IMCA Sport Mods, Pure Stocks, Dwarf Cars, and 4-Bees would all be in action.
Jesse Williamson, from Eugene, recorded his second career Topless 100 win while also making it his second visit to victory lane in the IMCA Modified ranks this season. The IMCA Sport Mods would have their first race of the campaign and Phoenix driver Justin McCreadie got the triumph. Tanner Krohling, of Vancouver, Washington, bested the Pure Stocks for the third occasion in 2018.
Jake Tupper, from St. Helens, won his third Dwarf Car main event of the season. Sandy’s Eddie Farness managed to get the job done in the 4-Bees for his first victory of 2018 at SSP.
The “Banks Bullring” gets back to racing on Saturday, July 21st for the 4-Bee Bonanza. The 4-Bees will be the headliner supported by Super Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, and New Bees.
Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:00, Time Trials begin at 5:30, with Racing kicking off at 6:30. Tickets are $13.00 for Adults and Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00. A Family Pass (Two Adults and up to four Youths) is offered for $35.00 while Premium Seats are available for $25.00 each. Tickets, apparel, and more can be purchased online at www.pnwdirtracing.com .
