Winston Speedway Owner / Promoter, Tom Sprague was Awarded the 2012 Michigan Speedway Promoters Association (MSPA) Promoter of the Year Award at the 2012 Michigan Auto Racing Fan Club (MARFC) Awards Banquet on Saturday, January 19th, 2013 at DeCarlo's Banquet & Convention Center in Warren,. Michigan.
